My Italian Beef. . .

What can I say, I love Italian Beef and sausage! I love the Beef, I love the sausage, I love the Bread, soaked in gravy of course! And I love the Hot peppers and a few sauted onions. There, now you have it. No need to throw cheese on it, and don't even think about ketchup. In the up and coming months, I'll share my quest in finding the perfect meal. Yes meal is the only way to describe an Italian Beef Sandwich, and that said. . . I think I'll have one!
